Led one of Montreal’s largest office transactions

Has closed deals throughout the U.S. and Canada

Jennica Palecek is a leading commercial real estate broker at Colliers, where she advises clients on office strategy, ranging from early-stage startups to global, publicly traded companies.

Through a combination of strategic relationship building and business acumen, Palecek secured a multi-market mandate with a global corporation that began with a cold call. She led one of Montreal’s largest office transactions and has closed deals across 27 U.S. states and every Canadian province.

As Regional Vice President of the Colliers Women’s Council, Palecek has been instrumental in advancing gender equity across North America. Under her leadership, membership quadrupled, educational programming expanded, and the percentage of female hires increased by 7%.

Palecek supports young women entering the business and real estate sectors through programs with Colliers, Simon Fraser University, Beedie Luminaries, YWCA Tech, and CREW Vancouver, where she chairs the Education and Outreach Committee.

Palecek is an active angel investor, advisor and pitch judge for startups. She has served on national nonprofit boards, including the Canadian Mental Health Association, where she chairs the Governance Committee, Big Brothers Big Sisters, where she is a Board Member and Fundraising Chair, and MADD Canada, where she served as Vice Chair.

She has been recognized as a Connect Canada CRE Next Generation Award Winner, a finalist for the CREW Woman of Influence Award, and a recipient of the Colliers Scholarship to attend the CREW Network Convention.

These are just some of the reasons why Connect Canada CRE honoured Jennica Palecek with a 2025 Canadian Women in Real Estate Award. The Women in Real Estate Awards celebrate the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
