Stephanie Yeargin
Has handled transactions for publicly traded firms and technology companies
Founded Avison Young’s “7 am Club”
Stephanie Yeargin is an Associate Vice President at Avison Young. In less than 10 years in the Vancouver CRE industry, she has built one of the strongest reputations among brokers.
Yeargin is the top revenue earner among female emerging leaders in Canada, working on some of Vancouver’s most notable real estate transactions, ranging from publicly traded companies to technology firms. She continually demonstrates year-over-year growth.
She is the founder of Avison Young’s “7 am Club,” where many emerging leaders meet at the office at 7 a.m. to share ideas for the day ahead. Yeargin also offers her time and knowledge to mentor the company’s new hires and invites junior salespeople to sales meetings, tours, and to sit in on calls and cold calls.
Whether it’s identifying untapped client relationships, recognizing overlooked market segments, or improving team collaboration, Yeager consistently spots value where others don’t.
These are just some of the reasons why Connect Canada CRE honoured Stephanie Yeargin with a 2025 Canadian Women in Real Estate Award. The Women in Real Estate Awards celebrate the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
