Shirazeh Dabiri serves as executive vice-president at Cascadia Green Development in Vancouver.

She is viewed as the backbone of the firm’s development and construction operations, adding value at every level of the company. Although Dabiri has been with Cascadia for eight years, she displays depth and insight suggesting that she has two decades of experience with the company.

Dabiri is involved in each stage of every Cascadia project, from acquisition and negotiations through pre-construction, tendering, contract management, construction and completion to sales, staff training and systems development. Her work dedication and work ethic set the standard for Cascadia’s entire team.

During her career, she has delivered more than 1,000 projects in Canada and, initially, the Middle East. Since beginning her career at age 18, she has led projects ranging from bespoke single-family homes to complex, multi-phase communities exceeding 300 units.

An architect by profession, she combines deep technical knowledge with a commitment to community-focused, financially sound development. She is highly regarded for her discipline, collaborative leadership, and unwavering attention to detail.

Her career spans both private development and public sector planning, offering clients policy insight with hands-on execution. Her expertise has enabled her to navigate regulatory frameworks while driving projects from concept through construction and post-occupancy with precision and accountability.
