Shindico’s Feierstein Helps Drive Retail, Multi-Family Development

Company:

Shindico Realty

Youngest Member of Firm's Development Team

Contributes to Manitoba's Baseball Community

Elie Feierstein is Shindico’s development analyst, where he works with the company’s chief operating officer on its more significant development initiatives. He also supports property management staff with complex construction issues, tendering projects and sourcing cost-effective vendors

Among his notable highlights, Feierstein oversaw the $1-million conversion of a former Krazy Binz retail space into a No Frills grocery store, preparing it for the tenant’s own fit-up. He is also serving as the development analyst on the luxury purpose-built rental apartment building Taylor Eddie, which is currently under construction in Winnipeg.

Additionally, Feierstein was the site supervisor for an 84,000-square-foot warehouse at Shindico’s 23-acre Plessis Business Park.

As the youngest member of the development team, Feierstein sets examples for future junior hires by demonstrating what is possible when talent is paired with an exceptional work ethic.

He is actively involved in competitive baseball, where he plays at a high level and contributes to Manitoba’s baseball community. He previously supported KidSport Manitoba, an organization that helps remove financial barriers for children who want to participate in organized sport.

These are just a few reasons we chose Elie Feierstein as one of the 2026 Canadian Next Generation Award Winners. The awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
