Collaborates Effectively with National Owners of Office Properties

Honoured with CBRE Emerging Leader Award

CBRE Senior Associate Myah Ollek specializes in office brokerage, now working out of CBRE’s Vancouver office after initially joining the firm in Toronto.

Since joining CBRE in the Ontario capital in 2017, she has completed over 320 transactions, while managing a listing portfolio exceeding 3.0 million square feet.

Ollek’s extensive agency experience enabled her to collaborate effectively with national owners of office properties across Canada, consistently applying CBRE’s best practices to agency assignments.

Since moving to CBRE’s Vancouver office in 2023, Ollek has been on the listing team for Manulife Investment Management’s Downtown Vancouver Portfolio, with specific involvement with the 205,055-square-foot Burrard St. and the 213,000-sf 1095 W. Pender St.

She is also on the listing team for KingSett Properties’ Downtown Vancouver Portfolio and Fiera Real Estate’s Airport Executive Park, as well as assisting Bosa Properties and iA Financial Group with the 102,301-sf 988 W. Broadway.

Ollek was honoured with CBRE Canada’s Emerging Leader Award and actively contributes to the industry through her involvement in Vancouver CREW, the CBRE Mentorship Program, and the CBRE Women’s Network where she is the co-chair of operations.

These are just a few reasons we chose Myah Ollek as one of the 2026 Canadian Next Generation Award winners. The annual recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
