Actively Participates in Several Real Estate Events
Rhys Cartwright is a senior associate with Avison Young’s Vancouver office, where he provides strategic brokerage services aligning with client objectives.
Notable transactions included landlord representation for Verathon’s 24,252-square-foot lease at 4601 Canada Way in Burnaby, B.C., and Freshtrack’s (VIA Rail) 10,220-square-foot lease at 1150 Station St. in Vancouver
Cartwright mentors Avison Young’s Vancouver market intelligence co-ordinators, helping them develop a deeper understanding of the office market and the critical role that data, statistics and research analytics play in CRE decision making. He is an active member of the social committee and is responsible for participating in and contributing to the planning of company events.
He actively participates in several real estate events, conferences and networking opportunities, and plays an active part in social events. For example, Cartwright organized and participates in an industry-wide hockey team.
These are just a few reasons why we chose Rhys Cartwright as one of the 2026 Canadian Next Generation Award winners. The annual awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
