Karen Barry is Barclay Street Real Estate’s Executive Vice President and a 30-year expert in commercial real estate valuation and mid-market investment real estate dispositions.

She is a generalist who gathers the best available talent for each project. Barry handles retail, multifamily, industrial and large-tract development land. Throughout her career, she has launched four successful companies and completed multiple complex financings.

Barry’s insights have been featured in books, podcasts and media outlets. She hosts her own podcast, commercialREELestate.

Her community activities include sitting on the board of the BELTLINE business improvement association.
