Specializes in multi-family acquisitions and dispositions

Jane Pascal is a senior director of investments with Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap.

Based in Edmonton, Pascal specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family rental properties and development land throughout British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. She is also widely regarded for her expertise in complex condominium deconversions, transactions that demand creativity, precision, and cross-disciplinary co-ordination. She exemplifies the talent and vision that define commercial real estate brokerage leadership.

In 2024, Pascal and her team spearheaded more than 35 multi-family and development-land transactions totalling nearly $640 million. She helped her team earn recognition as IPA’s top-producing Canadian group.

Her team’s notable deals include the Edmonton House transaction, a 46-storey, 328-unit residential tower sale in downtown Edmonton. The deal was valued at approximately $51 million and ranked as one of the largest multi-family transactions in Western Canada in 2024.

Pascal’s ability to consistently deliver top-tier production while also championing women in real estate demonstrates both professional excellence and personal commitment to industry advancement. Her ability to integrate research-driven insights, capital markets intelligence, and client-advisory expertise has made her a trusted leader in repositioning and high-value disposition assignments across the Canadian multi-family landscape.

Pascal has also stood out by helping women advance their careers in commercial real estate by serving as education chair on CREW Edmonton’s board. In addition, she has served her community by volunteering with Suit Yourself, which increases the confidence and self-esteem of women facing barriers.

She has garnered multiple awards, including being recognized as a Young Leader by the Canadian Real Estate Forums and a Female Leader to Watch by a media outlet. This marks the second time this year that Pascal has garnered a Connect honour. Earlier this year, she and her team captured a 2025 Canadian Top Brokers Award.

These are just some of the reasons why Connect Canada CRE honoured Jane Pascal with a 2025 Canadian Women in Real Estate Award. The awards celebrate the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected leadership positions and taken on mentorship roles.
