Avison Young Executes One of Metro Vancouver’s Most Significant Build-to-Suit Industrial Leases
Avison Young executed one of Metro Vancouver’s most significant built-to-suit industrial leases of 2025, securing 349,272 square feet at Beedie’s 4449 Salish Sea Way in Delta, B.C. on Tsawwassen First Nation Lands for occupier Pantos Logistics.
The team handling the transaction included Kyle Blyth, Ryan Kerr and Joe Lehman. The transaction combined market-leading scale, best-in-class design, and global logistics efficiency.
The tenant had multiple locations with varying lease expirations, making the exact move-in date to the new property difficult to determine.
Through developer Beedie’s flexibility and expertise, portions of the building were completed ahead of time, permitting a partial tenant move-in.
The developer also offered temporary space to Pantos, allowing the company to move from its Burnaby, BC, building by late 2025.
These are some of the reasons why the Avison Young team was honored with Connect Canada’s Transactions of the Year Award for their work on behalf of Pantos Logistics. The award highlights deals and closings impacting Canada’s commercial real estate sector.
