Royal Park’s Weiman, Stang Spearhead Dow’s 25-Acre Brownfield Redevelopment
In 2025, Royal Park Realty’s Tyler Weiman and Eric Stang led the team, resulting in the development of Dow’s brownfield redevelopment on the former Fort Saskatchewan, Alta., site.
The 25-acre project, part of Dow’s Path2Zero initiative, comprises the 66,700 square-foot Dow Diamond office building and the 153,800-square-foot Dow Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) Centre.
The project is the result of a seamless collaboration among Royal Park Realty, York Construction, Lemay and ISL Engineering.
It also supports Dow’s commitment to Net Zero development while advancing best-in-class industrial operations.
These are some of the reasons why Tyler Weiman and Eric Stang, who are both Royal Park partners and associates were honoured with Connect Canada’s Transactions of the Year Award for working on the Dow Path2Zero project. The award highlights deals and closings impacting Canada’s commercial real estate sector.
