Barclay Street’s Schoepp Offers Retail Real Estate Expertise, Community Leadership
Leader in Her Community
Has Strong Foundation in Economics, Law, and Real Estate
Aline Schoepp is an associate with Barclay Street Real Estate’s Edmonton Retail Team.
With a strong foundation in economics, law, and real estate‚ Schoepp identifies high-performing investment opportunities and is involved with site selection for retailers. She specializes in leasing and investment sales.
Her notable transactions include closing lease transactions at 8 Boulder Blvd. in Stony Plain, Alta., (including an 8,000 square-foot shop lease for a B.C. company’s expansion into Alberta). Schoepp also negotiated a 3,280 square-foot lease for a daycare provider at 8 McLoud Ave. in Spruce Grove, Alta.
Schoepp is committed to the community through her leadership roles with the Greater Parkland Regional Chamber of Commerce. She served on the Chamber’s board of directors, playing an instrumental role in establishing the Emerging Leaders Committee. This initiative supports professionals in the early stages of their careers.
She also served on the chamber’s Governance Committee, where she strengthened organizational practices and advocated for the interests of local businesses.
These are just a few reasons why we chose Aline Schoepp as one of Connect CRE Canada’s 2026 Next Generation Award winners. Connect’s annual Canadian Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
