Takes Strategic Approach to Project Execution
Mackenzie Clarry is a leasing representative with QuadReal Property Group in Calgary, specializing in commercial real estate transaction support and enhanced client experience.
Using her background in marketing and a strategic approach to project execution, she focuses on delivering thoughtful initiatives and high-quality materials that support long-term business objectives and strengthen client relationships.
Since beginning her career in 2019, Clarry has played a key role in supporting more than 350 lease and sale transactions, contributing to numerous high-profile landlord portfolio wins. She works closely with brokers and clients to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to achieving successful outcomes.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Clarry is passionate about creating a more inclusive and supportive commercial real estate industry. She sits on the board of CREW Calgary, where she helped support the launch of the UCREW Calgary program designed to introduce diverse post-secondary students to career opportunities across the commercial real estate sector.
Clarry is also actively involved in industry and mentorship initiatives through the Colliers Women’s Network and has continued to expand her leadership and industry knowledge through professional development opportunities, including attending the 2023 CREW Network Convention on scholarship. She is recognized for bringing creativity, initiative, and a collaborative mindset to her work, while remaining focused on building meaningful relationships and driving positive change.
These are just a few reasons why we chose Mackenzie Clarry as one of Connect CRE Canada’s 2026 Next Generation Award winners. Connect CRE’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
