Jordan Corbett is an associate vice-president and an office leasing broker with Cushman & Wakefield. Based in Vancouver, BC, he focuses exclusively on tenant representation.
He advises on multiple transaction types, including portfolio optimization and workplace strategy, new-lease acquisitions, lease renewals/restructurings, sublease dispositions, and purchases for owner-occupiers.
Corbett is also a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory Group (TAG) Emerging Broker Committee.
Notable transactions include Electric Arts’ 175,000-square-foot lease at Vancouver’s Broadway Tech Centre, ICBC’s 164,000-square-foot headquarters location to a new mass timber building at 2150 Keith Dr. (Vancouver) and Fraser Health Authority’s 211,000 square-foot lease at Central City, 13450 102 Ave. in Surrey, B.C.
Corbett has been honoured by Cushman & Wakefield (Top 15 Performer), CoStar (Lease of the Year) and NAIOP Vancouver (Best Office Lease). He is a member of the NAIOP Vancouver Developing Leaders Committee.
