Turnier Enjoying Early Career Success
Serves Large and Small Office Tenants Alike
Represents a Diverse Range of Clients
Mathieu Turnier is an associate vice-president with Colliers in Montreal, specializing in office tenant representation while serving large corporate users and smaller firms alike.
Thanks to support from two mentors, Turnier joined a Colliers high-performing office leasing team and began serving large organizations only six months after entering the commercial real estate industry in 2016. He continues to enjoy early career success by helping to facilitate numerous large transactions.
Turnier’s clients range from local small-and-medium-sized enterprises to global Fortune 500 companies. He shares his knowledge and expertise by providing comments to media outlets and participating in commercial real estate industry events.
These are just a few reasons why we chose Mathieu Turnier as one of Connect Canada CRE’s 2026 Next Generation Award winners. Connect’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
