Lemieux Shapes Skyline’s Expanding Workforce
Provides Guidance on Sensitive and Complex Employee Relations Matters
Volunteers with Different Groups in Her Community
Breanna Lemieux is a strategic human resources leader with the Skyline Group of Companies.
In her position, she oversees all core HR functions to enable the scalable growth of Skyline’s $10-billion national real estate and infrastructure platform, which supports nearly 1,000 employees in 158 communities in eight provinces.
Beyond day-to-day HR operations, Lemieux regularly provides guidance on complex and sensitive employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, accommodations, performance management, and legislative compliance. She balances sound judgment, empathy, and accountability to help Skyline manage risk and maintain a fair, respectful, and inclusive workplace.
She also plays a hands-on role in developing Skyline’s next generation of leaders through training and mentorship. She is a graduate of the company’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) and helps refine it for its graduates. She is also a one-on-one mentor to those in the company.
In the community, Lemieux volunteers as a career coach for Grade 9 and 10 students in the Guelph, Ont., area. She has also worked with the YMCA of Three Rivers on motivational events for females in grades 7 and 8.
Lemieux received a Rising Star of the Year award from HRD Canada.
These are just a few reasons why we chose Breanna Lemieux as one of the 2026 Canadian Next Generation Award winners. Connect’s annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders who will have a strong influence on the commercial real estate industry.
